Trish Armstrong was the listing Broker on a home with a floor plan I wanted. I was a qualified buyer, and Trish pushed the purchase through very competently and quickly. I was very impressed with her style and aggressive nature, so I decided to have her list my previous residence. She was patient and helpful through all aspects of me upgrading my tired old property, getting it ready to put on the market. At one time in my career I had a Real Estate Brokers License in four states, and I was extremely impressed with her marketing skills as she prepared brochures, did direct mail, held frequent open houses, and involving the MLS community. She found a highly qualified buyer for me at the price she initially suggested. The greatest demonstration of her enthusiasm, marketing, and people skills was her resolution of a significant conflict I was having with the popcorn ceiling contractor. She was aware of my intolerance of substandard work, and immediately took the responsibility to mediate a solution to a potentially explosive situation. She prepared a very competent punch list, communicated directly with the contractor, and the final result was a far superior product than that which the contractor presented to me the day he thought he had completed the job. I was not involved at all with Trish's resolution to the problem. My hat is off to Trish, and highly recommend her as a listing broker for your property.
